The Basics - Make-up Artistry
Groups of three share the photographer’s fee and cost of film. Includes a consultation one week prior to photo shoot, where we discuss portfolio layout and style. We will organize one style of make-up and hair for each student. Each student will have 12 exposures and one basic contact sheet. The Enthusiast - Make-up Artistry

Each style will have 12 exposures; a total of 36 exposures with three looks will be combined onto one digital contact sheet including your name and phone number. Personalized Portfolio Building Class
This is a one on one course for real ‘go-getters.’ As a student or a graduate without a portfolio this may be the head start you are looking for.
This class includes a half hour session to discuss where you see yourself going as a make-up artist. We will walk through your style and talents to ensure your portfolio is an accurate and impressive reflection of you.
There will also be three studio or location photography sessions. During each session only one roll of 36 exposure film will be used. The film will be divided in half so you may work on two different models or do two different styles on the same model (
18 exposures/ style). You may supply your own models or choose from my book of free models. Either way, the model will receive a free 4x6 proof for their time as a thank you from Sarah Martin Photography.After all photo sessions are complete you will receive a contact sheet from each session and may choose six different 8x10s. Any additional orders can be purchased at student prices.
Once all the 8x10s have been printed there will be a final half hour session to organize the layout of your new portfolio. During this session you will be presented with a 9.5x11.5 portfolio with twelve 8.5x11 pages. This portfolio will be personalized with a label on the binding. All of this would normally cost $884.50 plus taxes, at student prices the value is $532.00 plus taxes, but as a special offer I am knocking off an extra $75.00.

Special includes consultation on clothing, make- up, style, and interests. Contact sheet and 8x10s include your name and telephone number. Each contact has a variety of poses. For multiple rolls, every roll is different than the last. We not only make you look like a star; we make you feel like a star.
